Physicists, designers and engineers need to work closely together for the duration of a project.       When working in teams, it is essential to be able to communicate at any moment, whereas in the analysis phase you need to be left undisturbed by customers. So it was important to adapt internal and external communication tools to the consultants’ case-by-case needs, not the other way around.

    • Facilitating communication and simplifying processes

      The client wanted their consultants to have full control over their communications. One way was to redirect selected calls to an automatic message system. Synchronization with Outlook had to facilitate the constant addition of new contacts in a shared directory.
